2024 Reflections: A Year of Growth and Connections
As we look back on 2024, our hearts are full of gratitude and pride for the incredible journey. This year has been one of meaningful connections, exciting events and our continued commitment to our clients and community.
Supporting our communities
This year, our North Carolina branch proudly supported the Lincolnton Chamber of Commerce. Though smaller than our North Canton location, this branch continues to deliver dedicated services with a personal touch.
We also had a fantastic time participating in the Canton Chamber Golf Outing. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the chamber for organizing such a fun and memorable event. We’re already looking forward to the next one! We also sponsored Golf Classic, Canton Vintage and The Enshrinement Festival for the Chamber.
Building connections
At The M. Conley Company, we take pride in building and maintaining personal connections with our customers. It’s our values, combined with market-specific expertise and a dedicated team, that allow us to help optimize business processes and achieve success. With a sales team of 17, we can service over 2,000 customers.
Memorable events and partnerships
One of the highlights of the year was attending our national 3M sales meeting in Put-In-Bay. Thank you, 3M, for hosting such an educational and collaborative event! The brainstorming sessions and team-building activities left us even more motivated to serve our customers.
We always love sponsoring the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival’s Balloon Classic and this year was another delight. From the food and music to fun activities, it was an unforgettable experience, and we are glad to help an event that many members of the community love.
Back at the office, we shared a delicious team bonding moment with Dr. Hibatchi in May, as well as Forro’s Pizza Truck in November. A big thank you to Dr. Hibatchi and Forro’s for the great food!
Celebrating success through golf
Hosting our annual golf outing at The Quarry Golf Club was another standout moment of the year. It was another fun-filled day of camaraderie and competition. We’re so grateful for all our vendors and staff who participated and made it go so well. We loved honoring our employees for their hard work for Sales Rep of the Year, as well as those who have been with us for years.
Another golfing event this year was our very successful 3M customer appreciation event at Top Golf Akron. Thank you to everyone who made it possible, and we hope everyone had fun. We deeply value our partnership with 3M and the amazing support they provide.
Sales team highlights
Our sales reps thoroughly enjoyed the IREM 2024 Annual Golf Outing, as well as the Canton Sheriffs Golf outing and many others, where they connected with some amazing people.
The GOJO Sales Appreciation event at Punch Bowl Social was equally enjoyable, with bowling, arcade games and bonding with our amazing sales team from GOJO.
Learning and growing together
We eagerly attended PACK EXPO and ISSA to learn from our vendors and explore new innovations. These multiday trade shows are always a joy to attend, and we can’t wait for next year.
The BOMA Vertical 2024 tradeshow provided us yet another opportunity to connect with industry leaders, reconnect with our vendor, and meet others.
Training didn’t stop there, our sales team attended multiple training courses at Network, Spartan, 3M and more!
Closing out the year
As we close out 2024, we are reminded of the incredible moments and relationships we’ve built. Thank you for being a part of The M. Conley Company family. We’re excited to continue this journey together in 2025 and beyond. Here’s to another amazing year ahead!
